Advanced Energy Management (AEM) is a program that allows our clients to gain insight into their facilities’ electric and natural gas usage, and more importantly, take control of their energy use through access to superior data.

CLEER’s AEM Data & Consulting Service

  • Delivers turnkey superior energy information using both monthly energy billing and 15-minute data load profiles that is combined with weather, occupancy schedules (building activity), and building square footage to adjust for energy use overtime. 
  • Available for easy online access in CLEER’s AEM Console, an organization’s managers, operators, and maintenance technicians can manage their building’s energy daily, weekly, and monthly generating reports. 
  • For buildings over 50,000 square feet that must comply with Building Performance Colorado (BPC). Colorado’s new government gompliance program. the AEM Console’s database is synced with ENERGY STAR’s Portfolio Manager, the state’s required benchmarking system.
