Durable, energy efficient, affordable and healthy buildings are now the new norm and are particularly valuable in mountain climates.
Attend this free workshop presented by Joseph Lstiburek, founding principal of Building Science Corp. Learn about building science principles for our mountain climate and how to utilize them in the design and construction of your projects.
The workshop will cover building envelope basics, continuous insulation, core elements, layers of control for heat, air, moisture and indoor air quality, advanced framing techniques, all-electric HVAC systems, shallow frost-protected footings, snow country roof design and other mountain-specific considerations.
