PLUG IT IN!

Electric vehicles are growing in popularity, and new tax credits and rebates make them increasingly affordable.

Plus, they’re fun to drive, don’t generate polluting tailpipe emissions, and are significantly cheaper to own and operate than conventional vehicles. The range of models on the market is becoming steadily better, with a number of all-electric cars, SUVs, crossovers and trucks now available. Meanwhile, EV charging is easier than ever, as the network of charging stations is expanding rapidly.

Come learn all about EVs – and kick some tires – at any of these upcoming events!

Plug It In! Roadshow

The Plug It In! Roadshow is a series of free family-friendly events where you can learn about EVs in a hands-on setting. Each one consists of two parts:

  • EV101: Learn the basics of electric vehicles, EV charging, cost of ownership, tax credits (for used EVs too!) and more in this indoor presentation. Snacks provided.
  • Ride & Drive: Test drive new and used cars and e-bikes, talk to EV owners and dealer reps, and get advice from local clean-energy nonprofits on how to take maximum advantage of tax credits and other incentives.
